Refunds and Returns Policy
Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, we’re happy to assist with returns and exchanges. Please read the details below.
Return Window
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The smart water bottle must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- The product must not be damaged, altered, or show any signs of use.
Exemptions
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Opened or used smart water bottles.
- Products that have been damaged due to misuse or accidents.
Additionally, the following items are non-returnable:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software or digital products
- Items marked as “final sale”
Proof of Purchase
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If you don’t have one, please contact us for assistance.
Non-returnable Items
- Items purchased during promotions, clearance sales, or special offers.
- Products that are personalized or customized for the customer.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued in the following situations:
- Any item not returned in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Returns requested more than 30 days after delivery.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send an email confirming receipt of the item. We’ll then notify you whether your return has been approved or rejected. If approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company or bank as it may take additional time for your refund to be posted.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange your item for the same product, please email us at [email address] and send your item to: [physical address].
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase, and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return value. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item was not marked as a gift, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
Shipping Returns

You are responsible for the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
For higher-value returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
